Salary Schedule

Louise ISD offers the following Competitive Salary packages:

The following is based on a 187 day contract with no stipends or extra days added. Stipends and extra days vary based on assignment and extra-curricular responsibilities.

 Beginning teacher with no experience  Maximum
 $50,471 plus insurance  $65,898 plus insurance

Louise also offers the following benefits:

TRS – ActiveCare Health Insurance – Louise ISD currently provides $427 per month ($5,124 annually) toward TRS ActiveCare HD premiums.

Teacher Retirement – Teachers are automatically enrolled in the Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS)
