Mr. Raska attended the Louise Independent School District for twelve years. After graduating from LISD and receiving a degree from the WCJC, he transferred to the University of Houston and received a Bachelor of Music for all grade levels.

The first years of band directing were spent in the Tidehaven Independent School District as High School Director. Mr. Raska served as band director for the LISD for 4 years while serving as a part time technology coordinator during the last 1 1/2 years of that same time period.

Mr. Raska received Technology Coordinator Certification in July of 1999 from the Center for Distance Learning Research and Texas A&M. He now serves as full time Technology Coordinator in the Louise Independent School District.
