Ms. Kutac graduated from El Campo High School. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston-Victoria with an elementary teaching certification. She also has a minor in music from the University of Houston- Park Place. She then completed work on her Master’s of Education and earned a Certification in Educational Administration in 1991.
She taught 6th grade Science in Wharton for one year before teaching in Louise. After five years of teaching 3rd grade, she taught two years of Music. She then worked as a Title 1 teacher and wrote grants before becoming the elementary principal.
Ms. Kutac is married to David Kutac and they have five children. She stays very busy coaching and supporting her children, as well as other children, in various activities.
